FLEX ROOM

CORPORATE OFFICES

OVERVIEW

A versatile space that can be adapted for business needs.

This room is designed for flexibility and its purpose can shift based on evolving team needs. Flex spaces are adaptable and not assigned long-term. They support focused collaboration when teams need a dedicated environment, and then reset for the next use.

Design Goals

  • Locate inside the secure perimeter, typically near open workspace, with no exterior windows.
  • Maximize functionality and visual privacy with solid walls; no glazing except for a door inset or sidelite.
  • A badge reader provides security and access control that is easy to manage. It allows GPS teams to monitor the utilization of the space.
  • The room should be a blank space with basic finishes and no branding. Local teams should assess the business requirement and determine the furniture, working walls, shelving, AV cart, etc. to meet usage requirements
