NIKE'S INCLUSIVE AND ACCESSIBLE EVENTS
Nike's events advance collaboration, learning and innovation, and help culture thrive.
This page provides resources for executing inclusive and accessible events to ensure all attendees can fully participate and feel like they belong. There will be people at Nike events with various needs, whether or not the planners know it.
This may include attendees:
- With disabilities, including non-apparent disabilities
- From the LGBTQIA+ community
- Who have different body sizes, cultures, learning styles, physical abilities, etc.
Global Places and Services (GPS) developed the guide below in collaboration with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team. It applies to all Nike events globally, on-site or off-site, including events for employees, consumers, or customers.
The guide should be utilized by Nike's employees and event partners. If someone doesn't have a Nike account to view this page, share the Box link.
