Times and days for which services are operational and available


NIKE WILL PROVIDE FLEXIBILITY IN FOOD OPERATIONS TO SERVE DEMAND AND LOCAL WORKING MODELS

Regular Operating Hours: Each location must establish daily operating hours that are consistent week to week. Recommended operations are as follows:

  • Food Hall: Mainly operates in the morning to serve breakfast and in the afternoon to serve lunch, dinner is optional
  • Restaurant: Mainly operates in the afternoon or late afternoon to serve lunch
  • Barista: Mainly operates in the morning through the afternoon to support breakfast and lunch
  • Self Service Market: Nonperishable goods are always available
  • Fuel Station: Water, Coffee, and Tea are always available
  • Vending Machines: Nonperishable goods are always available
  • Food Trucks: Locally driven decision


Additional Considerations:

  • Peak Hours: All Nike locations must conduct annual research to identify the flow and frequency of employees based on customer traffic and adjust operations accordingly
  • Holiday Hours: Any special operating hours for holidays must be planned and communicated in advance
  • Working Models: Consider the working model within each location
